WHO WE ARE
We are an experienced law firm in Saarbrücken, run by several generations of patent lawyers since the 1950s. We represent a wide range of clients, ranging from private individuals, small, medium-sized and large companies to international corporations from the Greater Region of Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, Alsace, Lorraine and Luxembourg, the rest of the German Federal Territory as well as inside and outside Europe.
WHAT WE DO
We advise and represent you in the matter of intellectual property protection. In addition to general advice in patent law, trademark law and design law, including the drafting of patents, utility models and trademark and design applications, our services include the implementation of the corresponding procedures before the competent authorities and courts as well as the counselling and representation in infringements procedures and licensing agreements.

We offer our services for both Germany and abroad. We represent you at the German, French and Luxembourgian Patent Offices and the European Patent Office (EPO), as well as the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and for the other countries and regions we work together with colleagues abroad.
